Posted November 12, 2018 09:20:00 While the snow may be coming down, it may be a good idea to stay warm in winter.
In a study conducted by the Jerusalem Post, researchers found that while it may take time to warm up in winter, it’s possible to stay hydrated and get enough sleep during the coldest months of the year.
The study involved the study of 1,000 people, who were divided into four groups: a group of 100 who wore insulated, low-tech footwear, a group who wore low-quality shoes, a low-price group who bought shoes and a high-price one who bought expensive shoes.
The researchers found the shoes helped people stay hydrate and stayed cool.
In fact, the study found that people who purchased the high-priced shoes showed a decrease in body heat compared to the low-priced group.
According to the researchers, the low price group reported less fatigue and a lower heart rate compared to their high-cost counterparts.
In other words, high-quality footwear helps you stay warm.
So, if you’re going to be out in the cold, you should keep your footwear up to scratch.
As long as you don’t spend more than $150 a pair, you shouldn’t feel the need to wear any other kind of footwear.
The next time you’re in a cold environment, try a pair of insulated boots or shoes.
And, if it’s winter, try the socks.
